Strengthening this collective cause at times go through the legal and administrative route. Therefore, KOINONIA provides services in the legal area.<\/p><p>How? By always prioritizing the collective demands, not private ones, KOINONIA provides legal advisory free of charge (service and guidance) in cases of religious intolerance\/religious racism and helps in the legal regularization of places of worship (<i>terreiros<\/i>) and non-profit associations from traditional Black communities. Any case that needs legal support will be assessed concerning its collective impact \u2013 in some cases, it may be individual, but under no circumstances can exclusively private causes receive advisory.<\/p><p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-552413b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"552413b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Services provided for constitution and\/or legal regularization:<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element Associations or Quilombo Remainder Communities and Religious Terreiro Organizations;<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><ul><ul><li>Update of Bylaws according to the Civil Code and Law number 13.019\/2014 (MROSC);<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><ul><ul><li>Initial (signature) from attorney in documents for registration in notary\u2019s office;<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><ul><ul><li>Mediation with the notary\u2019s office for Registration of Legal Entities to address disputes concerning the content of documents submitted to registration;<\/li><\/ul><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3a77f98 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3a77f98\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" Cooperative Work;<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><ul><ul><li>Workshop about Development of Bylaws;<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><ul><ul><li>Workshop about Ownership of Quilombola Lands (understanding of meetings about Right to Territory, Ecumenism and Inter-Religious Dialogue, Fight against Racism and Religious Intolerance, and others related to the defense of Human Rights according to demands from order of arrival<\/strong>, at the KOINONIA office.<\/p><p>VIRTUAL: by scheduling via phone number (+5571) 99271-9699 on the other days of the week, at a time to be set.<\/p><p>Virtual services will be prioritized for people who are not in the city of Salvador and may be provided via e-mail:<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"mailto:camilachagas@koinonia.org.br\">camilachagas@koinonia.org.br<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>or<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"mailto:koinonia@koinonia.org.br\">koinonia@koinonia.org.br<\/a>, or also through videocall (link sent beforehand to the assisted person after scheduling)<\/p><p><strong>No services will be provided via WhatsApp or Instagram<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>KOINONIA does not work on lawsuits<\/strong><\/p><p>If the assisted person does not show up on the scheduled day, their service will be suspended for 30 days and they shall wait for the next available date at the end
